Plans for AWD L-Series Scrapped General Motors has scrapped plans for a 2003 all-wheel-drive Saturn L-Series. Ward's reports the company had approached Porsche Engineering Services to help design an AWD system for the car that would not require the L's platform to be majorly overhauled.
