Inside and out, the new Saturn ION models have been designed so that customers can easily personalize their vehicles. A wide range of accessories to customize the 2003 Saturn ION sedan and quad coupe will be available when they reach market late this year.

Saturn found that entry-level buyers are interested in an affordable car... not necessarily a "small" car.

The Saturn ION features more standard horsepower than primary competitors and more choices of advanced-technology transmissions.

The Saturn ION sedan will come to market with a highly competitive $11,995 base manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP), including destination and freight charges.

Saturn plans to re-energize the entry-level segment with ION, the company's upcoming small cars to debut in the fourth quarter of 2002. Designated as a 2003 model, the all-new ION sedan will hit the market first, closely followed by an innovative coupe.

The Saturn ION represent an evolution of Saturn's spaceframe technology, which positions the ION models to compete head-on with the best vehicles in their segment.

Even though the 2003 ION Quad Coupe is still a few months from being released, Saturnalia has obtained what is believed to be preliminary pricing for the all-new model.

For 2003, Saturn has changed its entry level sedan and Coupe, but they have not messed with the core concept that makes this division of GM work.
