Buyers Rate Saturn Dealers Tops — Again
Saturn retained its No. 1 ranking in the latest J.D. Power and Associates Sale Satisfaction Index, based on surveys of 46,000 new-car customers. Saturn took back top honors last year after falling to sixth place in 1999. Its nearest competition — in the next five spots — are luxury brands.
