Lutz Takes Over GM's North American Operations (Visit this link)
GM today promoted Bob Lutz, the automaker's top product development chief, to chairman of its key North American operations. Lutz, 69, who joined GM in September as vice-chairman of product development, assumes a key post previously held by Ronald Zarrella, who has resigned to become chairman and CEO of the eye care products maker Bausch & Lomb.
