2008 Saturn Vue XR All-Wheel Drive is Stylish, Sporty and Practical (Visit this link)
The Vue has a slippery streamlined look, with a low hood and small grille. Body-colored door handles, mirrors and bumpers provide a continuous flow to the panels but your eye is instantly attracted to the thin chromed side grille decoration at the trailing edge of the front fender. This trim isn't functional, but I found it interesting how such a small part adds instant character to the vehicle. There are many new vehicles sporting decorative grilles on the front fenders, but none are as attractive as the Vue. Cargo room is smaller than the previous generation Vue, down to 1,538 litres from a maximum 1,807 litres, probably due to the rounded rear corners, sloped back glass and streamlined roofline. Although the numbers indicate a smaller cargo area, the 08 Vue actually feels like there is more interior room, and loading cargo was never a problem. It gobbled up two dozen soccer balls and a couple team equipment bags without even having to lower the 60/40 split rear seat. Additional storage is found beneath the cargo load floor and there are upper and lower side rails with moveable tiedowns in the cargo area to secure gear. Rear seats and the front passenger seat fold flat to accommodate longer loads. Interiors have been upgraded, with very good fit and finish and higher quality materials.
