2008 Saturn Vue Red Line (Visit this link)
Based on the new Opel-sourced model, the 2008 Vue Red Line keeps with the bolt-on pattern set by its forbear, albeit with new hardware. The engine is a 3.6-liter, twin-cam V6 of 257 horsepower, coupled to a six-speed automatic transmission that sends power to the front wheels; an all-wheel drive system that shuttles power between the front and rear using an electronic transfer clutch is a $2500 option. The transmission has been modified with low-friction bushings and splash lubrication of critical parts, so that both front- or all-wheel drive Red Lines can be flat-towed behind an RV without their mechanicals reverting back into a dust storm of powderized metal.
