The all-new 2004 Chevy Malibu sedan is based on GM's 'Epsilon'global architecture and will be available in three trim levels: standard, LS and LT. Production is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2003 at GM's Fairfax Assembly plant in Kansas City, Kansas.
