2007 Saturn Crossover The folks in Delta Township, Michigan, will be glad to see this: The first vehicle to come out of the new Delta Township plant. And we're the first to show you the vehicle, Saturn's new SUV based on General Motors' Lambda architecture. GM is still hush-hush about the upcoming SUV, but our sources tell us that it may eventually replace the Saturn VUE. Production should start in the third quarter of 2006, with an on-sale date expected that fall, just one year from now.

Saturn's New Crossover for 2007 Christened The '07 Outlook will be introduced in late 2006 as the first in a series of large GM people movers. The new vehicle range will include companion models for Buick and GMC. The crossover vehicles, which will seat up to seven, are being developed on a new architecture known internally as Lambda. GM executives say the Lambda platform can accommodate V6 and V8 engines.

Spy Shots: 2007 Saturn Aura Last January Saturn unveiled the Aura concept car, a midsize sedan designed to replace its ill-fated L-Series four-door. The Aura is now headed for production, and as you can see from our spy photos taken at General Motors' proving grounds, the production Saturn Aura won't stray too far from the concept.
