The study examines the durability of vehicles after four or five years of ownership and is based on survey responses from more than 40,000 owners and lessees of 1997 model year cars and trucks. Saturn ranked 16th in the survey.
Lincoln Dealers Win Top Rating
A Detroit automaker reclaimed top honors in J.D. Power and Associates' 2004 survey of customer satisfaction with dealer service as Ford's Lincoln brand drew the highest score for the first time ever. Last year, Nissan's Infiniti took first place, followed by GM's Saturn brand.
