General Motors recognized Saturn of Cape Coral and Bob Goodman, owner/operator of Saturn dealerships in southwest Florida for their outstanding customer service and presented them with a prestigious national service award. Saturn of Cape Coral had the highest customer service satisfaction rate of any Saturn dealership in the United States for the preceding year, according to General Motors. Goodman credits Rob Hunt, Fixed Operations Manager and Danny Mc Neil, Service Consultant from his service management team as being the catalysts to garnering this coveted award. "The dedication and commitment of our exceptional management team and our experienced service staff has made this award possible," said Goodman. "Customer service and satisfaction will continue to come first at Saturn of Cape Coral," he said.
