Saturn of South Burlington Plays Up Mission (Visit this link)

Myra Mathis Flynn from the Burlington Free Press: If car companies are having tough economic times, you wouldn't know it by looking at Saturn of South Burlington. Their philanthropic presence has been alive and well in the community for years and they aren't going to let a pesky little recession hold them back. Saturn of South Burlington and its staff have operated under the same philosophy since it opened in 1992: be an active member of the community they work and live in to make it better for all. For instance, next time you're driving through Chittenden county, take a look at kids playing in playgrounds at schools in Colchester, Winooski, South Burlington, Burlington and Williston and at the one at the Baird Center in Burlington. Since 1998, Saturn of South Burlington has donated a minimum of $10,000 to each of the nine playgrounds.
