lied about making repairs

I recently had my 07 ION in for a suspension clunking problem under warranty. This dealer claimed to replace my right spring and adjusted the left spring. They claimed to have verified my problem but the problem still existed afterwards.
Because I alternate between Houston and Dallas, I decided to have Saturn of Plano look at it. Saturn of Plano tech actually test drove it, found the problem, and showed me what was wrong. I told them what Saturn of Houston allegedly did, and the tech said the original spring was still on there!
If this is true, then Saturn of Houston lied about performing work just to milk GM for warranty cash!
The Plano tech replaced two parts and actually showed me what was wrong with what he replaced.
