East TN Companies May See Impact from GM/Saturn Production Cuts (Visit this link)
General Motors spokesman Dan Flores told WSMV-TV in Nashville he expects about 1500 of the 5700 jobs at the plant to end. The spokesman says production of the ION compact car will be moved, but the Vue sport utility vehicle will continue to be built at the plant in Maury County.
