GM to Move Rollover Tests (Visit this link)
General Motors announced plans Thursday to build a rollover-testing facility in Milford as part of a $33-million investment in vehicle safety. GM, which plans to make electronic stability control standard on cars and light trucks by 2010, said in a statement that the new center will be used to develop rollover-sensing systems for air bags and other technology to reduce the likelihood of ejection in a crash.
