Saturn-UAW Agreement

The structure and decision-making process reflects certain basic principles:

  2. Full participation by the representatives of the union.
  3. Useof consensus decision-making process.
  4. Placement of authority and decision-making in appropriate part of organization with emphasis on work unit.
  5. Free flow of information.
  6. Clear definition of decision-making process.
