Default Fuel Rail/Fuel Filter Question

1993 SC2, Auto transmission. Finishing up my first engine R/R, had to detach the fuel lines to the fuel rail, and took advantage of the open space and replaced the fuel filter. I know there is a tiny rubber washer that goes on the line going to the fuel rail. But on the 2nd line coming in from the fuel filter that attaches to the pressure regulator, I did not see a washer. Is there suppose to be one?

There is an o-ring between the regulator and the rail and a second o-ring on the bottom where the metal fuel line attaches. The flexible return line fitting has a seal ring inside of it also.

Thanks OldNuc. Is the o-ring on the bottom where the fuel line attaches to the regulator the same size as the one where the other fuel line attaches to the end of the fuel rail? That one stayed attached but I lost the other.

Don't rightly know. I just wander over to the big box of Buna-N o-rings and find one that fits. The ones from the plumbing/hardware shop tend to be SBR and it does not play well with fuel but I suspect that you could get away with it. It just fits over the fitting on the bottom with minimal stretch. There is also minimal pressure in that return line.
