Dizzy Brake sound.

Hello everyone, I drive a 96 Saturn SL2 with 109k miles on it. I recently purchased this vehicle about a month ago from the original owner. The car was garaged for a while and kept very clean and well maintained. Recently I have had a squeaking break noise while driving forward the sound begins from the start in first gear and continues until about third gear. The faster I go the more faint it becomes. Sometimes when I hit a bump or rough patch of road the squeak intensifies. The sound goes away when the brakes are applied. I have yet to take a look myself at the pads as I am seeking advice before doing any investigating. If y'all have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. All brakes are rotors no drums.

Sincerely, Semi-automatic SL2

Possibly just worn pads, the tattle will ride the rotor until you press the brakes, it will also get quieter as speed increases.

Could be worn pads, warped rotors...Caliper Pin sticking causing pad drag on the rotors.... where is the sound coming from, Left Wheel or Right Wheel?

Usually when Pads get worn down; there is what is known as a "Squeaker Plate" that will tell you if they are worn down to the point of needing replacement.

The Pins are 14 MM for top and bottom, the Caliper Bridge is held in with 18MM bolts to the Wheel Hub.
