Does anyone know how to adjust the headlights on a 2003 L200? The driver side headlight seems to be aimed a lot lower than the passenger side and I wanted to adjust them to be level with each other.

Each headlamp assembly should have two thin shafted loong alignment screws that takes an internal/external Torx tool to align the head lights. When you lift the hood up you should be able to see at least one protruding steel shaft at the top of the headlight ass'y for the right and left lamp, the side shaft may be hidden within the external contour of the headlamp. When you find these adjustment shafts, park the car about 30 feet from a wall at night to shine the lights on, then turn the adjustment shaft to observe which way to aim the beam. Maybe the misadjusted one got knocked from someone backing into your car?

Thanks for the info. It looks like it should similar to my Vue. I guess I need to look for the adjusting screw more carefully since I couldn't find it the first time.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone knocked my headlight out of alignment when they were parking giving the parking skills some people around her have.
