Default Changed spark plugs and wires, look at old plugs (pics)

I went to Autozone and picked up some NGK V-power (or whatever they're called) plugs and some wires...

When I took out the first plug, the one with the shortest wire/farthest right, it was clean/dry but it had some white stuff on it, corrosion I guess. Then I do the rest and I'm like, WTF!?!?!
Here's a pic of the plugs in the order you would see them if you popped the hood...

Here are close ups...first pic are the 2 left side plugs, then a pic of the 2 right side plugs

The plug on the very right was nice and clean and dry as I said, the next one was nasty, the 3rd one from the right was clean on the threads, but the hex part was sludge and the 4th one(way left plug) was just soaked.

Hardly. do it according to Wolfman's instructions and you're good to go. But if i may sugguest, please get a torque wrench. It will definately save you money in the end (drilling, tapping, tapering, helicoil...stuff like that.)

The good news is, the engine looks great! Just some oil dribbling from the outside to inside.

I just did a valve cover gasket on mine and no its not very hard. Had it off, cleaned, gasketted, sealed, and torqued in like 40 mins.

Just make sure you borrow/buy a in-lb Torque Wrench for your Valve Cover job. Also you need a Star-shape? tool (T## forgot the size) to loose the cover bolts.

Use OEM cover gasket (actually it's just a pre-shaped RTV) and read Wolfman's How-To instructions.

my 96 uses 10 mm bolts to hold down the cover and the bolts wont release from the cover itself its really weird. I guess models varry

Good info, though I wonder what model year Chingon has.

I believe the 10mm bolts only applied to BLACK plastic composite DOHC valve cover '96+ year?

Read sig, it's a '93. Does anyone have the part number to this gasket? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if I understand. That article is to change the camcover gasket, but the article says my car has the aluminum cover which requires no gasket? What exactly am I changing? Is it just to clean out the cover?
