All you need is one relay. Since the headlights always have power going to them and are turned on by the headlight switch itself making ground.
1. Unplug your high beam connector from the back of the headlight bulb. 2. Shave both wires down to accept a soldered connection. 3. Connect terminal wire 86 to one of the wires and 85 to the other. [It doesn't matter which one) Solder and tape the wires with electrical tape. 4. Unplug your low beam connector from the back of the headlight bulb. 5. Shave down the ground wire for a soldered connection and connect terminal 87 wire. Solder and tape the wire with electrical tape. 6. Connect terminal 30 to ground at body or battery. 7. Reconnect both headlight plugs. |
