I have heard mixed reviews on em.
I see them quite often over on my side, but I don't need a 4th car.
Maybe ill go test drive one just to give an honest opinion.

Right? There is actually a Vue RL for sale on your side that I saw on craigslist.
Most of the RLs in the state are on your side, actually. One is in the NOLA area, I'm on the northshore, and everyone else is on your side.
The reviews on the Forte 5 have been pretty good, too.

i have seen a few vue RLs before too, and i actually like those too lol.
sky redlines are pretty common here too, afterall, one sky RL/TC owner lives down the road from me lol

More need to-dos:
change drump pads since one side is having a horrifying scream
change downstream o2 sensor (again)
fuel/temp gauge backlight keeps going off.
55w HIDs (more of a want than anything really lol)
replace CAI or make current one permanently fixed (tempted to RTV it lol)
new, current, display image :P

another thing to do now.
possibly replace my gauge cluster. RPMS stay at 0 rpm now lol
plugged my computer in, and its still reads RPMs, so its prolly just the gauge cluster.

also finally got my alignment sorted out on my ion, adjusting it myself, and my rear brakes still keep failing after installing new shoes.
its as if the self adjuster keep loosening itself and falling apart inside the drums.

I hate drums

thats why i went full disk. so much easier to service. i did shoes once on my car and said never again. that is what really pushed for my disk swap

it is very tempting, but don't have the money for it.
I think I read someone doing a RL axel beam/knuckle swap, with RL hubs and rotors/calipers.
I would just have to find new wheels again if I do

find a RL at a pull a part? if you do, let me know. I need a bumper, interior pieces, and the fog light assembly. LMAO

I don't think there is a difference. If I remember correctly, unless you were doing a big brake swap (the brembos, willwoods, etc) it didn't make a difference.

as far as I know, the RL axel beam will have the caliper mounts, someone else can confirm this for me.

Just checked PaP in Lafayette, and there was one added Dec. 26th, and another 2 days ago, so I know what im doing this weekend lol
another reason to go is parts for the civic so we can sell it lol engine parts for the civic, expecially the older ones, are hard to find bec ppl are always pulling them out and doing swaps

im hoping to find a sedan with fogs on it, I want stock fogs, but don't feel like spending around $100 for the lenses and bumper grill

I want the fogs too, I love how the stock ones look.
BR has 3 slobalts right now.
My issue going out there is, I like to be there when they open. So I would have to get up at the ass crack of dawn, then deal with the BR traffic. Mississippi isn't bad, straight shot from me.

the 2 recent ones at laf. pap were sedans without fogs.
I do need a new downpipe now since I hit a raccoon on the road and kinda banged it up. it only broke bec a while back I had the tail end of it chopped off to fit a glasspack on it, which eventually removed, so now my DP is 2 pieces, and got separated by the coon.
sounded pretty cool with it being a straight pipe, but was way too loud, being where it was at.

I want to get the lsj/le5 DP, but my issue is that those DPs, including 05-07 l61 DPs, that the tail enf og the pipe is a 2 bolt flang, and my catback is 3 bolt.
id have to chop off the 2 bolt, and weld a 3 both flange at the end...and me welding skills is rusty as hell (last time I welded was in 09).
I cant weld on the catback bec its stainless.

What I did with my muffler was bring it to a little hole in the wall exhaust shop that is reputable to my area. Older guy that is open 9-2, and has been in that spot for 40 years or something.
Charged me 100 for a magnaflow muffler and install/weld it on for me.

Could always look around to see if you have a shop like that over there.
