Default 2007 2.2 Vue bad head gasket/crack block Eng replacment?

I have a 2007 Vue with a 2.2 I4, It is the vehicle I use to tow behind my motor home. I have the dreaded "Chocolate Milkshake" brown foam in the oil, It has been noisy on startup recently but quieted down after a few minutes, Also the oil pressure light stayed on for about 6 seconds after it started running. I know that usually means a blown head gasket or possible cracked block. I don't see oil in the water, just the foam in the oil pan. What other cars use this engine? It may be easier to replace the entire engine with a low mileage used one. I have about 150,000 on the original one. I have heard the engine is used in many other GM products. Can you tell me which ones?

Check your oil level. If it was accidentally overfilled, it can get whipped up by the crank, and look kind of like what you're describing.
