On my LS2, the wipers started parking in any location when turned off. The intermittent mode stops anywhere it wants as well. I've watched many YouTube videos on the issue and just as I thought, all were incorrect. I've also tried the relay, switch and motor and no solution. What else is left ? Is there an intermittent relay ? It seems impossible none of the things have worked. Where would I go to next ?

Did you remove the wiper arms to check if they aren't loose or threads stripped out? What your describing sounds like the threads on the wiper arm connections are stripped and not returning to the proper off position.
