I had a similar issue with my LR Window not rolling down and my driver's side power locks not working. (On different occasions)

As I recall I had a bad motor/relay(?) in the door which was replaced under warranty. For the Power Locks it was a bad wire(s) which I had a shop track down and patch (not in the door boot).

Have you tried both controls (driver and RR) to see if it gave different results? Have you tried both with Engine running and not? (I had better results with engine on) I also had results with repeat attempts pressing the button... I had a delayed response from the window, as if it was stuck or needed more power.

I have tried both the ways with driver and RR and also when engine is on/off.
may be need to check with the motor/relay.
Thank you
