Default Help identifying part/bolt (near control arm)

Hi folks, first time poster here.

Quick background here. I was draining my GF's coolant the other day, and while I was under the car noticed this massive bolt missing from a piece of the front suspension. Apparently she had hit something with the front right of her car before I had met her and took it to a shop to get it fixed. I guess they didn't do too good of a job. In the pics you can see the piece hanging down. My question is what is the name of this part and bolt such that I can buy it online and connect it back up myself. I have an idea of how to go about it, and am pretty well seasoned in mechanics for a normal Joe (I've rebuilt a few chevys in my day). I just need to know what bolt/stud to buy.

The car is a Saturn SL2 01 1.9 liter. Shes been driving it like this for a while, but it needs to get fixed. It makes a serious noise as she goes over speed bumps. You can tell the sound comes from the right side. I figure I'll need to get an alignment after I get this piece bolted together. Any thoughts are appreciated.

This last picture depicts the left hand side of the car which is undamaged and shows how the part should be bolted up properly.

Thanks

You're missing the bolt for the subframe assembly. Very important lest the engine, transmission, everything under the hood should fall out. Pick one up at the junkyard or PM ShawnV. In another post he said he has piles of them.

Thought you had that question answered yesterday evan before you posted on this site.

PS: Just for the record, you posted your question here in the L Series forum.

Yeah, I was frantic, and looks like I posted in the wrong sub-forum. As a point of fact, I did get the question answered pretty quickly, but I was trying to cover all my bases. The GF is leaving for college a couple hours away next week, and wanted to get this sorted out quick. Thanks for the help any ways guys. I appreciate it.

regards

sean

Agreed! There is no excuse for the shop to "forget" that.
