they didn't take your money, did they?

Pacesetter cat-back only works on 93-96 coupes with the 99.2-inch wheelbase. The SPS cat-back is 2.0 inches. Thermal makes one

I built mine, 2.5" mandrels from Summit and 2.5" straights. I have a 24" long glasspack as a resonator and a 2.5" Dynomax Super Turbo on the end. It's deep, and fairly quiet until you romp it.

I'll miss my Saturn, from the AEM CAI to the rear main oil seal leaks to the giant APC stickers on the side (sarcasm)

Yeah, the coupes are a few inches shorter than the sedans and wagons. I found this out the hard way when I went to put on the cat-back exhuast that was in great shape from a '92 SL2 parts car onto my '92 SC. No go.

Just get the muffler you want and have them set it up for you.

I don't know why people spend $400 on an exhaust system from online when they can get one built at the shop and put on for half that.... more for SS.

What do you want to know about the Thermal RD? I have one on my 00 SL2 and find it a bit loud but everyone else seems to like it.

Link to more info here -> http://www.kevinomura.com/saturns/exhaust.html

You might want to check out local performance muffler shops as well, after I did my system I had to work on the wifes SL2 and got a much lower cost quote for a system made out of Magnaflow SS parts.

OK I understand the SS part the as for mandrel bend you are NOT going to notice a difference unless you are doing forced induction.

Nope depends on the shop, http://www.noyzboyz.com/services plus these guys weld not clamp all their pipes. Normally they charge $600+ for a system but are doing a special for $399 cdn INSTALLED.

well..my probably is that i didn't feel like spending clost to $500 dollars on an exhaust system , doesnt seem worth it to me for a 1994 saturn wagon, the other annoying thing is that i have to pay for the muffler that comes with these complete kits , and i already have one i would like 2 use. o welt i guess i better start diggin into my pockets...

I'm glad I don't live in the rust belt. My SL2 exhaust cost $200 for 2 1/4" piping installed including a dynomax muffler, and 18" resonator. I took that off of there and got a moroso spiral flow muffler and did a side exit. The muffler costs $50 and they charged $35 to install it w/ the extra piping and hanger.
