1993 Saturn Dashlight wiring issues

Headlights work, but wont go down, taillights are not working unless stereo dimmer and illumination wires are connected to the 12v stereo power supply. But they then dont go on and off by the switch, but rather the ignition.

Sounds like two seperate issues. The headlamp issue sounds like a motor control module or headlamp motors.

The other issue sounds like a screwed up stereo installation.
