That poor wagon. There's a few things you did that I kinda like, but the overall effect is quite nasty IMO.

Whatever makes you happy and dosent hurt others then be my guest. I have to say even if you hadnt modded this car its still only a SW2 not a Rolls Royce folks so why are they acting like you ruined this car? I just dont get it

I believe the problem with the single cam is, that it's SOHC and it's two valves per cylinder, and it's a four cylinder

Because its an SW2, not a Lambo. Now it looks like it goes fast when in reality it doesn't.

But he did it tastefully IMO, even if you don't like his follow through of the over all design, The mods he did are crafted nicely and gives the car a sporty edge.

I for one, reward a well followed through effort Looks sorta like a Mazda or subbie now.

I would let him be in my Saturn club just because he/she thinks outside the box. with our cars we all have to kind of think outside the box otherwise we all we have same parts on our cars just different color paint.

I like the color scheme but I don't understand the silly round things on the rear door even when there on the Eclipse's/Supra's they started on.

I'd make a box for the air filter under the hole in the hood, or... a box then the filter with water drain holes in the box

Oh, go find a '91 or '92 DOHC in a junkyard. Take the header & downpipe.

Yeah, agree. Though it falls into the rice category for me. Specially when you look under the hood. But whatever, I don't want to offend anyone else's Saturn club or anything....

I like it! You should join the Wagon Mafia!

Can you do an annotated picture naming all the parts?

I gotta give you props for having the courage to pimp out a Saturn wagon, and then post pictures of it on the internet. I'm sure you knew the responses would be mostly derogatory.

I have to be honest. I would never do anything like that to a Saturn. But I can understand your desire to "make the car your own". And at least you didn't go hog wild with scoops all over the place, shopping-cart-handle spoilers, and stuff.

Just out of curiosity, have you done anything special with the interior?

Haha, this is so bad, it's good! This is waaaay cooler than so many cars where the owner obviously took her/his pimp-out job waaay too seriously. The tongue-in-cheek approach works!

You're gonna get pulled over, though, with your turn signals covered like that. Or if you change lanes and someone hits you, they'll make it your fault for failing to signal.

Oh, and DO NOT bundle the spark plug wires. They need to be spaced, and parallel up to the valve cover; otherwise you risk misfires.

Well that answers fido's question. Gotta say, this car's growing on me. I'm usu. a "purist" when it comes to the wagons, but this one's just too weird not to like. +1 on the tint; do just the way-back and tailgate windows for a "crazy hearse" look (bonus: ease the load on the A/C, which has a harder time in the wagons).

Like others, I don't necessarily like the end result. But I do like the creativity and ingenuity that it took to build this. From a distance, the work actually looks pretty clean. And that strut tower brace, if attached rigidly enough, will stengthen the hell out of the front.
...
Not a Saturn.
