Dizzy 1997 Saturn 4 door sedan, No electrical current going to the fuel pump ... I checked

1997 Saturn 4 door sedan, No electrical current going to the fuel pump ... I checked the fuses, no power to the relay. Hot wired fuel pump and it works, the fuel pump pumps that way. Help needed, thank you!

The proper way to fix a S-Series automatic is to replace it with a 5spd O:)

fast and easy... swap the fuel pump relay with the a/c relay and see if that helps.
