1995 SL 1 has fumes inside
I smell exhaust fumes inside when driving. It happens sometimes but not all the time. I took it to an exhaust shop and they said that the entire exhaust system looked good but they did see a vacuum hose about 12" long that had holes in it. They replaced it and all seemed well. Today my wife reported that she smells fumes again. If I can't find the cause, I'll have to get rid of the car.
