Water in driver side floor

Im getting water in the driver side floor board after rains. It’s not coolant, and it happens just sitting in the driveway.

I looked today and saw where water was still present as it trickled down the gray trim near the hood release.

I’ve heard this can happen from the vent drain holes where the wipers are as well as sunroof drain hoses?

The sunroof was closed the whole time.

Sounds like a typical Sunroof drain hose.

My 2006 Vue had this as a chronic problem. I got fed up with it and them disconnect the and seal the sunroof. Hasn't been a problem since.

It seems the scrimped on the drain lines and they didn't go all the way down.

Yup, drain lines would fall apart/disintegrate over time, leading to leaks inside the cab

I fixed all my drain tubes and still ran into never ending leaks.. I finally just sealed up the entire sunroof. water in your car will eventually ruin your vue... you only put up with it so much.

Turns out the sunroof wouldn't fully push it back up anymore and I had a lake in my car..... thats after fixing both drain tubes.
