Default 02 SL1 front brake job: caliper piston dust boot question

I am replacing the pad and rotors on my 02 SL1 and have run into a problem. The first wheel went without a hitch. On the second wheel when I compress the caliper piston with a c-clamp the rubber gasket around the piston (piston dust boot) is not folding back the way it should. about 1/8 of it bulges out and I can't get it to fold back in properly. I had thought that there might be some air in the system so I bled the brake at this wheel and it still will not seat back properly. Can any one please tell me if this bulging gasket (dust boot) needs to be fixed and how so or is it ok to let it go as is?

I poke it in using something that will not put hole in it, like a popsicle stick.

thanks for the advice. I tried to poke them back in with a Q tip but they keep popping out, like there is some air behind them so I do not know what to do next.

You may want to buy a caliper rebuild kit for 7-8 bucks @ AZ.
It's pretty easy to do.
