Headlight Assembly

Hi,

I recently had an idiot hit my 08 Astra with a motorized bicycle in the dark with no lights and dark clothing and no helmet (yes he asked how I didn't see him )

Now I have to replace the passenger side headlight assembly. I know the car is completely European but I was wanting to ask if there is an interchange of any other product by GM that the headlight assembly was the same. I know its mostly an Opel design but I am unsure if GM changed anything about the body style of the Saturn Astra and if any other Saturn car's headlight assembly would fit. As the headlights do look like they mount a lot of the same way GM cars do.

Or if there is another European car that fits it.
