Default 1999 Saturn SL2 Automatic - Radiator Advice!

Hey,

I'm pretty sure what I need is a new radiator.

I'm also looking for the best brand I can get. I hear Delphi is good, although they're completely out of stock online.

My problems I can list with this car:

-If it's been on long enough, heat will come out out of the heater while the heater is turned off, same with cold air.

-The radiator will leak coolant from what looks like a cooler line, but only after driving enough for enough heat/pressure to build up and cause a leak. (when first discovered, I was sitting at McDonalds and had come around twice (two orders) and my hood started steaming. I opened the hood to find the steaming (same type of steaming shown below in the video) and steam coming from the coolant cap.)
This guy had basically the same problem I do:
watch?v=SlqekpKOXJQ (first post so can't post YouTube link)

-On occasion, after driving for a short time, I'll hear a water-swishing like noise from what sounds like underneath the car (listening from the driver seat after shutting the car off).

-I'm not sure if this is related, but while starting up, it will rev up to over 2RPM before rolling back down to around 1RPM. Also my idle speed is around 7-8mph from pressing all the way down on the break and letting the car move on it's own.

-I'm not sure if this has to do with anything, but sometimes while driving long distances/for hours, my foot on the gas gets hot, like something is blowing heat at my feet from the top right.

TL;DR - I have what seems to be coolant problems, do I need a new radiator?

Car Specs:
1999 Saturn SL2
Automatic, 1.9L EFI-DOHC
About 160,000 Miles

Heres a picture of where the Driverside end tank cracks on these Radiators, The crack is usually below the top radiator hose and near the top trans cooler line.

I'm pretty certain there isn't a crack, I haven't seen one while investigating.

Basically I have the same issue as this guy shows in his video:
