Saturn 2001 Sl1 manual Transmission shakes starting out in 1st gear
I replaced my clutch disk, and throw out bearing about 5 months ago. For the past couple months after the car heats up, it sometimes shakes as you go to start out in first gear. After you start you do not have any issue driving or switching gears, just starting from a dead stop. And It does not always do it. It is a strong shutter. Any ideas

Did this start around the time you started using A/C (assuming your car is equipped)? Could you be feeling the lost power being directed to run your A/C? Just a thought.

What is the condition of the top engine mount? A collapsed one can let the engine jiggle.

transmission mount should be checked as well
...

The engine mounts look good. And it only occurs sometimes. I can't tell if it is coming from the back wheel or the front. Sometimes it really shutters alot.

Plus I have noticed when coming to a stop, I can feel a vibration in the brake pedal. But the rotor doesn't look warped at all.
