Attention Electricity for fuel pump turns off, causing car to turn off

I have a Saturn 2001 L200. When the temperature gauge reaches between 3/4 and 1/2 the car starts to reap and turns off and can be turned on after 20 minutes but turns off again after driving for a bit. I noticed that the electricity for the fuel pump turns off which causes this and then does not start. After 15 minutes, when I try to turn on the ignition, electricity comes in and I can start again. Does anyone know what causes the electricity for the fuel pump to turn off? I recently changed the fuel pump and installed a brand-new one but still have this problem.

Welcome to SaturnFans, arashakbarnia! Please answer the questions below.

1) Why was the fuel pump replaced?
2) Did you install the fuel pump yourself?
3) Do you know what brand it is?
4) What is the mileage reading on the odometer?
5) How many miles are on the new fuel pump and how long ago was it installed?
6) How long has it been since any symptoms related to this problem began to appear?
7) What does "reap" mean in the highlighted sentence above?
8) A temperature gauge reading between 3/4 and 1/2 is likely to mean there's an overheating problem. Do you actually mean 1/4 and 1/2?
...
401K miles (engine replaced @ 375K).
Biden/Harris predictions, '21 -'25: weak economy; weaker military; more terrorism; emboldened RED CHINA. Sadly, B & H are proving me correct.
