Question Fuel Line Replacement 96 SL1

My fuel line cracked open on the side of the tank about a week ago . My father was able to patch it up real nicely, but I'd prefer a more permanent fix. We're confident it fixing it ourselves, but we have no idea what parts to order. If possible, we'd like to only fix the damaged part. What else should we do while we have the tank dropped? It's been running a solid 32 mpg mix.

Default Re: Fuel Line Replacement 96 SL1

Most parts stores have double-ended hose "barbs" intended for those kind of repairs. They aren't particularly inexpensive or easy to install, but work. Heating the plastic fuel line a bit with a heat-gun helps force it over the barb.
