Default Saturn Ion 2007 2.2 engine - Block heater location

i recently bought kats 11435 part number block heater for Saturn Ion 2007 2.2 engine.
i don't know how to install it and where exactly to install.
any help will be highly appreciated.

That appears to be a classic "freeze plug" type heater.

Although they are termed "freeze plugs" they are actually holes to get core sand out of sand cast iron engine blocks. Normally sealed with a stamped steel cup plug which you replace with the heater.

The Ecotec block is die cast aluminum (totally different production process) so it doesn't have the "freeze plug" holes.

Here's a YT vid of a block heater that fits the Ecotec, but I don't know the mfgr or p/n.

Yes you are right my car don't have freeze plug holes.
I will return the block heater i bought and look for one in video.

Mazzio's Lunch Buffet Opening and Closing Hours. 10:30 am to 2:00 pm are the usual lunch hours at Mazzio's. The hours for the lunch buffet are from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Sunday. mazzios buffet
