Default Tires and Wheels?

So this may be a stupid question but my car has 185 65 14 tires would a 185 60 14 fit on that or would I need a wider wheel?

The middle numbers are Aspect ratio whch = Height. 185 is 185 barring slight differences. The change from 65 series to 60 series will change your Speedo reading however.

Well this makes two things now I did not notice about my car when i bought it... (I just went out side and read the tire size off the tire) I should have 185 65 14 tires it has 185 70 14 tires on it and they are SNOW tires.... I never thought to look at the tires 1.5 year later and 46k miles I know now.

Should I reaplace them with original? or keep going with a new set of 185 70 14 tires?

I'd also go original again, or make sure whatever you use, ends up being equal in aspect to keep your speedo and odo correct.
