Default High rev 1500rpm

My car will start to rev at around 1400-1500 rpms after driving for about 5-10 minutes. It is a 5-speed 95 SL2. When I turn it off and back on it goes back to around 900 rpms. I changed the iac valve and the tps. The iat sensor is new, and the cts is new. I cleaned the throttle body, and the egr valves pintle moves without sticking at all. Thermostat is also changed on it.
