Road Trip so far

We are just outside Indy in Greenville Indiana car is running like a top and we are doing right at 30.2 mpg per the DIC, I think the mountains and 75 mph speed limit hurt the mileage a little, we got a lot of rain because of Ike but looks clear the rest of the way should be in MI tomorrow.

*looks out window* Might not be clear the rest of the way. It has been raining all day here in MI....

Yeah, it rained all day yesterday and then more today. Now we have wind advisories so take it easy out there. ..

Well we are out of here in a little while, gas next door is $4.15 a gallon but will top off anyway don't guess it'll will get much better, saw the weather report this morning lots of trees down high wind, so just have to slow down and be carefull.

Well trip is over and we are back home put a total of 5644 miles on the car ran great, high elavation I saw was 7000 ft no problems and per the DIC we averaged 29.8 mpg which isn't all that bad, I think the 75 mph in a cople of states hurts that a little.
That said I'm ready to keep this car only complaint is after 5 hours or so behind the wheel my left cheek gets numb

Nice to hear you enjoyed the trip!

Mileage is very good! honestly, slightly under what I thought it would be.

I also agree, after driving my Aura for over 4 hours once, it became slightly uncomfortable, even with the heated seat
