Bumper Swap... is it possible?

Let's say (hypothetically) that i have a 1994 Sedan with the spiffy painted to match bumpers... and my 1994 SW1 with the crappy black plastic bumpers...

Could I take the spiffier (is that a word?) painted to match bumper and put em on my wagon?

or would the bolt patterns / body panels not match up?

arean't the front end's identical on these two cars?

Both SL and SW may share the same front bumper pattern, but what about the rear bumper? I know they're not the same in shape or pattern as well.

Yeah, i think the rear is a tad bit longer (from the wheel well back) and the top bolts for it won't line up...(guessing here)

Why not just pick one up from the junk-yard or Used parts place like Joey's?

Personally I'm not prone to color-keyed bumper cuz they can be ruin by any hit....either from parking, on the road or anything....though it does help to enhance the overall look of the car.

Maybe a dark-colored car can take some advantages to hide the scratches on the bumpers... <img src="http://64.77.2.166/cgi-bin/UltraBoard/Images/Wilk.gif" border="0" align="middle">
