Default WTB Saturn needing repair in MN, WI

Do you have a Saturn vehicle just sitting around waiting for someone to take it off your hands? (Bad motor - Head gasket, needs new clutch, exhaust, brakes, etc)

I enjoy working on cars as a hobby and am looking for any model Saturn that is in need of mecahnical repair and is for sale at a reasonable price. Any model or year is fine. Also, the vehicle must have a legal title as I will be registering and using the vehicle as a commuter car once repairs are complete.

All vehicles within a 200 mile radius of Eau Claire, WI would be considered
Feel free to Email me with anything you might have that fits the bill

Thanks - Shaun

Default Re: WTB Saturn needing repair in MN, WI

I have a 92 SL1 with over 180,000 miles. It is red in color, grey bumpers of course, auto, power locks, manual windows, cruise, ac needs repair, stock steelies. Two tires are Continentals and the other two are Firestone. It has two main concerns and a few small things. Struts are bad and a pretty good oil leak. The motor isn't really sound, but it's in fair shape for the mileage, if you weren't hard on it, I'm sure it would last a couple years. I purchased it for about $1000 from an auction and have invested in a number of things including alternator, battery (which is only 2 months old, but is a cheap one...maybe 2 year from wal-mart). The tires...was going to buy the continentals (2 then the other 2 within a couple months, but I got cheap and bought dirt cheap Firestones).

It doesn't have speakers or a deck (might have the factory deck-AM/FM, no cassette- laying around, but no speakers).

I would only want what I put into it over the past 2 years.

About 300 bucks or so.

I have the title.

Car is licensed in MN (I'm located in Blaine, MN) and the tabs are current for now. I think they expire within a few months.

Any info or pics just let me know.

It will take time, but I can get it to you.
