Saturn SKY Wheels
My Saturn SKY just got shipped - and should be in by the end of the month.
My SKY was built with the 18" Chrome Wheel - and I'm considering getting aftermarket wheels. Has anyone sold their factory chrome wheels - and upgraded to aftermarket wheels? Any idea of what new chrome wheels would be worth to people?

I would stick with the chrome wheels that come with the car.Your car will never drive and ride better then with the wheels that were desigh for the car in most cases.

I can not imagine any aftermarket wheel design that would look better than the OEM chrome wheels. Every style I have seen so far downgrades the appearance of the vehicle. The only plus is that aftermarket wheels would be more exclusive and less common place.

Well I've found some black rims with a silver lip that I think would look pretty hot on my SKY -- but I'd have to sell my Chrome Ones to Justify the expense.
I know I see people on here waiting for SKYs built with chrome wheels -- so just wondering if anyone wants em. If I cant sell the rims - i'll stay with stockers!

the ONLY negative I have regarding chromies is their tendency to often pit.....that said, I'm still considering them for the Z

The chrome option is only $795; however, chrome wheels are scarce. I think those who wanted chrome when they weren't available may be interested in yours. I don't think $795 will go very far towards aftermarket wheels, but I could be wrong. I think you might be able to get $1000 for them if somebody just has to have them.
