Need pic of cam sprocket retention tool and valve spring removal tool

Hi. I used to have a nice subscription to alldata but it is now expired.

I need to throw in some new valve stem seals on my 99 SW2 and dont feel like pulling the head (since I just rebuilt everythign inside).

bought a junk yard head to replace the old cracked one, and the valve seals are shot. Im losing alot of out out the ass, as well as pissing off anyone behind me.

I know there is a tool for removing the springs from up top. It was sort of a rail that sat above the head, held up by braces on either side. a pivoting arm with a cum slid back and forth onthe rail and you had to use it to push the valve spring down (either that or the cup had a threaded stud to the arm, which u turned to compress the spring).

Also, there is a small brace that hold the cam sprockets in place so u dont have to pull the timing cover or lose the chain when u pull the cams out.

If anyone has a way to get pics of these tools from any kidn of service manual that would be great. I just need to weld these things up and get this done.

thanks alot! the sprocket tool is just what i was looking for. for the spring removal, i still do need some visual of the tool used to remove/install them with the head on. I think i have it right, but want to be sure before i start cuttin and welding 1/4 steel bar.

Did the cup push down (on retainer) with a lever that rotated (fulcrum) on the center cross beam, or was the cup on a threaded stud that tightened down onto the spring, and slid back and forth on a square bar crossbeam?
