2005 Vue 2.2 swapped into 2003.
As the title is, I got a motor from an 05 and swapped it into my 03.
The 05 was from an auto car and my 03 Vue is a 5sp. I reused the ecu from the 03 since the 05 was an auto. The car cranks but won't start. It attempts to turn over but can't/won't. It's getting spark and fuel, I've double checked grounds and I know that the flywheel and everything on that end was aligned when reinstalled. Is there a chance that the ECU from the 03 is the issue? From what I've read it doesn't seem like it should cause problems, but I'm not an expert on Saturns by any means. Of anyone has any insights, I'd really appreciate it! Thank you all! |
