I took a set of copper plugs to about 100K. Not recommended.

Dizzy Re: What did you do to your S-Series today...

I'm waiting for rear trailing arms to be delivered. I loosened up the old ones and welded the broken one for giggles Monday. I won't drive it but I couldn't stand the thumping as I moved the car around on my property. BTW, I drove the car home about 100 miles with the broken arm. I know, I know, but what else could I do? Get it towed 100 miles on a Sunday? I just made sure I didn't have to brake hard. When I got home, that side's tire was not warmer that the other so I don't think I did any damage. I wonder what other surprises might be waiting in the near future? My adult kids say time for a new car dad.

Question: "What did you do to your S-Series today..."

Answer: Nothing.

I took it in for its annual safety inspection, and nothing needed fixing. Passed!
Not bad for a 30+ year-old car.

I tied my airplane to the '98 for a ground run. The parking brake held plus I had it in gear.

As it should be, just a trip to verify it's still all good.

I drove to a local town where I then got stuck in because Hell-Storm 2010 came along when I was getting food.

Hail, tornadoes, half the towns power going out, zero visibility from torrential rain, severe lightning and an hour later I was finally able to get back to my car.

I then spent an hour driving around town trying to find a way out because all the roads were flooded, electrical lines were down or the police had them blocked off.

You can't just pop in, not switch your profile, and confuse us like that!

When did you get the White Hot, and was it already built to the Deebs spec when you purchased it? Is it as clean as the Red Hot was?

Much cleaner than Red Hot.

Pre-built to Deebs, including ceramic coated pistons, valves, ARP studs, drilled pistons, stainless exhaust, on & on! It's Snappy!

Replaced the cowl with one in better condition, and connected the hose, the washer fluid now sprays on the windshield, instead of under the hood...
