Default Windshields

Hello everyone, I am in need of a windshield for a 1995 SC2. I was wondering if a 1995 SL2 windshield would fit? Any suggestions, please I was quoted over 300 dollars for a new one.

Default Re: Windshields

91 - 96 SC2 has a 90 degree bend in the lower corner - unique to only SC and SC2. The SL windshields will NOT interchange.

Also - most aftermaket windshields now use a rubber flap in the lower corner instead of glass.

Because of the difficulty in removing them - used glass is almost unheard of.

Have any pics of this? Be interesting to see the difference next to an OEM one.

Crazy curved glass seemed to be the trend of the early 90s. Looks pretty cool when new, and is great for visibility, but sucks if it ever cracks. Canít imagine they are easy to manufacture, even back in the day.
