Having a difficult time finding discontinued part no 20830816 a/c discharge tube line for 2009 Saturn Vue 2.4L. Searched online everywhere. Any help would be appreciated. TIA. Wayne.

Welcome to SaturnFans, Stayne! Unfortunately, you're searching for a very tough part to find out there. There's a remote possibility that a new OE part can be found, but it's remote nevertheless. Here's what may be helpful: according to an OEM website the p/n 20830816 was used on a Saturn VUEs with a 2.4L gas engine from '08 through '10. So you might be able to find one at a wrecking yard. You might call A/C shops near you and aske if a replacement can be made up based off of your original hose.

Try visiting https://www.car-part.com and see if any vehicles of your type are out there in North America with the A/C hose that you're needing.

This part was discontinued on 10/4/2016. There was no remaining inventory in the whole country when I checked my locater resource at work (I work at a GM dealership), so no GM dealership in the US has one. The parts catalog indicates this part is used in all 2008-2010 Saturn Vue & Chevrolet Captiva Sport models (non-Canada/US models for the Captiva) regardless of which engine they have. Is it this one and is it just leaking from the rubber hose part? A place that makes up A/C hoses should be able to fix that and make you a replacement.
