Seems my HVAC module will not adjust either temperature or vent selection. I have tested the blend door actuator and is is good also checked voltage going to actuator and it is good also. I have tried the recalibration procedure and it doesn't work. I have been told the module must be reprogrammed with a GM Tech 2 ....can anybody verify that is correct? Thanks in advance.

When testing actuators, did you test them removed from the hvac, reconnected to wiring and adjusting the control panel? Without being physically connected to the temperature or blend door, actuators should move from control panel commands.
